1.大愛HD更精彩(2) Quality content & quality images

But we start today”s show closer to home, here at the all new Da Ai TV channel, which has moved into the world of high definition. The new HD channel will offer a host of shows, from science and education, to the arts and the humanities. Over 50 percent of the programs are new.

今天節目一開始就是大愛本部的報導，大愛二台HD頻道，進入高畫質世代，頻道內容包羅萬像，包括科學、教育、人文等等性質，有百分之50以上的節目全新製作。


2.巴中冬令發放 Bringing warmth to Bazhong

Six months ago, Sichuan”s Bazhong was hit by massive flooding, which devastated the area. Tzu Chi volunteers recently returned, for a New Year”s distribution. Community leaders expressed their appreciation for Tzu Chi”s help, and said they would make efforts to introduce conservation into the community.

六個月前，四川巴中發生嚴重水患，當地居民生活陷入困頓，四川慈濟志工為了幫助，當地居民過個好年，特地在元旦舉行冬令發放，當地領導不僅感恩慈濟人的愛心，更希望將環保觀念落實在當地。


3.四川黃天秀 The joy of giving

Large-scale relief distributions wouldn”t be possible without the help of many devoted local volunteers. Staying in Sichuan for our next story, we meet local volunteer Huang Tianxiu, who worked extra hard, just so she could attend the aid distribution.

上千人的大型發放，需要很多人力的支援，才能順利完成，在我們接下來的故事，我們來認識當地志工 黃天秀，努力工作就為了可以參與冬令發放。


4.全椒冬令發放 Winter relief in Quanjiao

In Anhui Province”s Quanjiao County, 132 Tzu Chi volunteers from Taiwan, and China”s Nanjing, came together on January 1st, to hold winter relief distributions, at eight nursing homes. Twenty years ago, Tzu Chi helped build Dashu Senior Home. The day of the volunteers” visit also happened to be Laba Festival.

慈濟在安徽全椒的冬令發放，有來自台灣與中國南京132位志工，在今年的第一天 前進八所敬老院，20年前慈濟援建大墅敬老院，這裡的人還惦記著慈濟的愛心，發放的這一天適逢臘八節。

5.雪山上的活化石(1)觀霧 Endangered Lesser Salamander

Next, we start a new series, on animals in Taiwan that survived the Ice Age, beginning with the rare hynobius fuca, or Lesser Salamander. There are only 200 of this endemic species left, in the mountains of Wufeng, in Hsinchu County. To ensure their survival, Shei-Pa National Park is trying to recreate a suitable habitat for the salamander.

接下來的新專題，是有關在台灣從冰河時期，就存活下來的生物，首先要看的就是觀霧山椒魚，目前只剩下約200隻，活在新竹縣五峰的山岳裡，為了保護這頻臨絕種的生物，雪霸國家公園決定複製棲地環境。


6.360大甲挽面(一) Threading facial treatment

In the latest in our series on weird and wonderful trades in Taiwan, we introduce you to the ancient art of threading. Not as painful as it sounds, threading is a beauty treatment, to remove facial hair. It”s done by holding a thread in your mouth, and twisting the ends to trap your client”s facial hair between the strands, and pluck it out at the follicle. The old art has seen a revival in recent years. We follow the threads, to where it all started, in Dajia Township.

今天有關台灣360行的專題中，要介紹大家一個古老藝術-挽面，挽面只聞聲卻是無痛的感覺，也是移除臉上汗毛的傳統藝術，嘴巴咬著線，手裡握著線的末端，來回在臉上移動拔除汗毛，也能拔除臉上的痘痘，這項民間技藝近年來逐漸沒落，我們跟著這個技藝，來到挽面的起始點大甲去看看。


7.360大甲挽面(二) Family ties

As you just saw, threading is more than a beauty treatment. It”s also a way to bring communities closer together. One women in Dajia, who sees the social value of threading, is Shi Yunrong. She teaches local high school students, and her friends, free of charge.

就如您剛剛看到，挽面不只是項民間技藝，它也能讓社區居民聯絡感情的方式，一位住在大甲的婦女 施芸蓉，她就看到挽面的社會價值，她甚至免費教導當地學生和家人學習挽面的技術。


8.荷人做環保 Traveler joins recycling work

In our next story, we meet a traveler from the Netherlands who became acquainted with Tzu Chi three years ago, when he was touring Taiwan. Moved by the NGO”s work, the elderly man recently came back, this time to join conservation work.

在我們接下來的報導，我們來認識一位荷蘭旅客，三年前來台灣時認識了慈濟、深受慈濟，感動這位長者，如今來到台灣，投入環保工作。
