1.印火災發放

Our first report today comes from Indonesia, where two fires broke out within a week in North Jakarta”s Ancoal Village. Besides claiming lives, the blazes also left 370 families homeless. Tzu Chi volunteers arrived immediately after the double-tragedy, to deliver clothes, shoes, and daily necessities to the victims.

首先來到印尼，在北雅加達安佐爾村，一周內接連發生兩起火災，除了人員傷亡，三百七十多戶人家也無家可歸，慈濟人前往勘災救濟，準備了衣物、鞋子還有生活必需品，幫助災民減輕一些生活負擔。

2.泰住宅區賑災

To help Thailand rebuild after the floods last year, Tzu Chi organized relief-work programs in various areas of the country, including Rai Khing village in Sampran of Nakhon Pathom Province. Seeing the disaster was particularly hard for the poor to overcome, volunteers returned to Rai Khing to hold an aid distribution for the community”s disadvantaged people, bringing them rice, mosquito nets, blankets and straw mats.

去年泰國發生水災後，慈濟人曾經發起以工代賑，其中包括了佛統府三藩縣萊琴鄉，關懷腳步不停歇，慈濟志工深知這群鄉親在災後生活困苦，特地再次前來發放草蓆、蚊帳、賑災毛毯以及白米。


3.大陸親子營
All over the world families are having fewer and fewer children. The trend is nowhere more evident than in China, which has long had a one-child policy. This has led to a ”Little King” syndrome, in children who are spoiled by their parents and grandparents, and difficult to manage. In light of this problem, Tzu Chi volunteers in Shanghai and Xiamen held parent-and-child activities, to help some little princes and princesses to respect their guardians.

在少子化的時代，尤其在大陸，獨生子女比比皆是，父母親相當寵愛，孩子往往都不懂得感謝父母恩，上海和廈門的慈濟志工，特地藉由親子班的互動課程，鼓勵孩子向爸媽說感恩。

4.教師營圓緣

Here in Taiwan, 198 teachers and principals from schools around the island, recently came together to join a 4-day Tzu Chi Teachers Association seminar. Many participants were deeply moved by the event, and vowed to take what they learned back to their classrooms.

全台198位校長與老師，最近參與四天的教師研習營隊，在參加活動後，許多人深受感動，並且發願將所學帶回學校分享。

5.舒展操收心
If you live in Taiwan, you are probably back at work, after the 9-day New Year holiday. But you may be having trouble concentrating, and perhaps you are even suffering from muscle aches and pains, from too much driving, or using electronic gadgets. Never fear. Doctors at Taichung Tzu Chi Hospital”s Rehabilitation Department have some exercises to help you relax.

如果你住在台灣，長達九天的農曆新年假後，或許，你也回到工作崗位了，但是有不少人提不起精神，或是身體肩頸痠痛，台中慈濟醫院復健科醫師建議 做簡單的體操，可以讓身體放輕鬆。


6.馬雨露創作

For the first time ever, the Da Ai Drama production team is in Malaysia to make make its latest program ”Yulu: Raindrops.” The story is about Tzu Chi volunteer Liu Jiyu(劉濟雨) and his wife Jian Cilu(簡慈露), who came to Malaysia from Taiwan in the ”90s to start a business, and eventually introduced Tzu Chi to Malacca and Kuala Lumpur. Local singer-songwriter Yi Jieqi易桀齊 composed the theme song for the series.

大愛劇場首次到馬來西亞實地取景拍攝雨露，敘述的是一對來自台灣的夫妻，劉濟雨與簡慈露在90年代初來到馬來西亞開創事業，之後慈濟也在，馬六甲與吉隆坡落地生根，馬來西亞創作歌手易桀齊，也擔綱戲劇主題曲的製作。

7.乳癌做環保

Back in Taiwan, we go to the Tzu Chi environmental station in Xizhi, Taipei, to meet recycling volunteer Zeng Yuxia. In March of last year, she was diagnosed with breast cancer, and immediately submitted to surgery. Although the 58-year-old still has three treatments a week, she somehow manages to volunteer during all the others days.

回到台灣，來到慈濟汐止環保站，認識慈濟志工曾玉霞，去年三月，她被診斷出罹患乳癌，毅然決然接受手術治療，雖然53歲的她，每周三天要定期回到醫院接受治療，來看看她是如何在其他天，進行環保志工的志業。

《 衲履足跡 》Taking Buddhism to Heart 談法入心

歲除展望新春，人人歡喜互道祝福。其實，不只在一年一度虔誠感恩、彼此祝福，應天天過「心年」，照顧好心念、相互祝福。

At Chinese New Year people like to bless each other. But sincere gratitude and well-wishes should not be limited to the start of the year. Every day should be ”New Years Day”, for you to pay attention to your thoughts and wish each other the best.


8.360搨彩一

Take a tour around any Taiwanese temple, and you will certainly notice the colorful murals, that cover the interior of the buildings. From walls, to pillars and ceilings, the paintings illustrate historical events, or ancient folk stories, that often emphasize the importance of morals and ethics. The artists who specialize as temple painters, must have a thorough knowledge of Chinese culture, and all its history and legends, before they can start to depict them in easy-to-understand paintings. In our next story, we follow Da Ai reporters to uncover the secrets of temple murals in Taiwan.

在台灣大街小巷有不少寺廟道場，室內滿滿的都是彩繪，從壁畫到天花板，橫樑彩繪，每一樣都描述著歷史傳說，或是教導信眾忠孝節義的民間故事，畫師得精通中國歷史與傳說，發揮巧思把它們放進畫中，我們跟著記者一起來了解廟宇內的彩繪。


9.360搨彩二
As you saw in the last report, temple mural painters must be well-acquainted with Chinese history and folk tales. In Kaohsiung, draftsman Feng Jinxing(馮進興) has been in the business for well over 40 years. He makes use of his free time by reading up on history, myths and legends, and is able to take any theme or story, and turn it into a rich painting. Interestingly, the technique he uses is finger-painting, which is rare nowadays. Fortunately, Mr. Feng has passed down his skills to his two sons, who are thinking of turning temple paintings into works of art that could be collectors” items.

上一則所提到的廟宇彩繪，其實每位畫師都得熟讀歷史故事，在高雄有位畫齡超過四十年的畫師，馮進興，他一有機會就讀書，從三國演義、封神榜、水滸傳，只要廟方點出希望畫的主題寓言，他就能完成，馮進興對於彩繪的手法相當熟悉，其中，現在已經少見的”搨彩”，利用手掌手指頭來為畫上色，馮進興全部傳承給兩個兒子，他們希望可以發展成藝術收藏品，讓這項技術能保存也能傳承下去。
