1. 墨爾本新春 Melbourne`s blessing ceremony

First up in today`s program, in Melbourne, Australia, Tzu Chi volunteers held a New Year blessing ceremony last Sunday, February 24th, where members of the public where invited to attend, and many adopted bamboo coin banks, in hopes of contributing a little to help those on the edge of society.

今天節目的一開始，來到澳洲的墨爾本，慈濟志工於上周日 2月24日 舉辦新春祝福並邀請民眾參與，許多人都認養竹筒，希望可以付出一點愛心，幫助社會黑暗的角落。


2. 亞庇大愛之夜 “A Night of Great Love” in Kota Kinabalu

In Malaysia`s Kota Kinabalu, “A Night of Great Love” charity concert was held, where Tzu Chi volunteers promoted Da Ai TV to participants, as well as the popular Da Ai TV Drama “The Raindew Waltz”, in which many scenes were shot in Malaysia.

最近有一場大愛之夜在馬來西亞亞庇舉辦，志工藉此向民眾介紹大愛電視並推廣大愛劇場，部分劇情在馬來西亞取景的雨露。


3. 星國許亞芬 Sharing experiences from role

Playing the role of Master Wuda(悟達) in Tzu Chi`s musical adaptation, of the Water Repentance Sutra was Xu Yafen(許亞芬), a well-known performer of Taiwanese Opera. Xu(許) recently flew to Singapore where she shared with local residents and volunteers, her experiences and insights from her many performances.

在《慈悲三昧水懺》中，演繹悟達國師的歌仔戲演員許亞芬老師，撥出行程飛往新加坡，與當地民眾與志工分享她在演繹過程中的點滴。


4. 疼惜寶貝(3) What is a mobile bathing vehicle?

In 2010, the Kernel of Wheat Foundation realized that, many of their care recipients on the East Coast of Taiwan, were unable to take a bath due to their physical conditions. To help, the foundation imported two mobile bathing vehicles from Japan, and has served nearly 1,000 patients to date.

在2010年，一粒麥子基金會的人員發現，許多個案因為身體的狀況都沒有辦法洗澡，為了幫助他們一粒麥子基金會從日本引進兩台行動沐浴車，到目前為止服務將近一千人次。

5. 工務護理創新 New inventions by Taipei`s TCH

With a little creativity, we are able to make tough situations easier for many. The Nursing and Infrastructure Departments at the Taipei Tzu Chi Hospital, recently worked together to add an extra stand to mobile toilets, as well as recycled parts to IV stands, thus making their patient`s stay at the hospital, less troubling.


6. 志工陪伴照顧戶 Care recipient, A-Ren

In Taiwan`s Hualien, we meet care recipient, A-Ren(阿仁), who was left in a vegetative state after a car accident 10 years ago. His mother, Ms. Zheng(鄭) then had to take care of him and her grandson on her own. Thanks to Tzu Chi volunteers` continuous care and support, Ms. Zheng learned to look on the bright side of life.

台灣的花蓮有一位阿仁，十年前因為車禍變成植物人，鄭媽媽除了要照顧阿仁還要照顧孫子，幸好有慈濟志工持續陪伴，鄭媽媽才能樂觀面對生命。


7. 桃園林正忠 Tzu Chi Volunteer Lin Zhengzhong

Taoyuan Tzu Chi volunteer Lin Zhengzhong(林正忠) used to smoke, drink, and gamble. With his marriage close to the breaking point, Lin decided to turn over a new leaf and together the couple later joined Tzu Chi. Now Lin is, in every aspect, the model husband, and was even awarded the Senior Model Award by Taoyuan County for his efforts.

在桃園，慈濟志工林正忠以前喝酒賭博外遇，婚姻一度瀕臨破裂，他因此痛定思痛跟著妻子一起參加慈濟，現在彼此尊重是模範先生，還獲頒桃園縣長青楷模獎。

8. 找回專注力(3) Adult Attention Deficit Disorder
Are you forgetful or unable to follow along in conversations with your friends, and always pro-cras-ti-nate important tasks? If so, you might be exhibiting symptoms of Adult Attention De-fi-cit Disorder, or ADD. In today`s series on finding your concentration, we look at the symptoms of Adult ADD, and see what we can do to change our behaviors.

不知道您是不是常忘東忘西，或是跟朋友談話 接不上話，還有交辦下來的工作，總是要拖到最後一秒，如果這些症狀常常困擾您，而且自己沒辦法控制，那您可能就是注意力缺損症的一員，今天的找回專注力報導，我們看成人注意力問題要如改善。


9. 辛國小學畢業 Rungu Rungo & Tzu Chi

Since the reconstruction of the Rungu Rungo Elementary School in Zimbabwe in 2012, Tzu Chi has continued to accompany the students on their path to education. Every Monday through to Saturday, Tzu Chi volunteers and local volunteers will provide hot meals for the children, giving students what might be their only meal of the day.

慈濟在辛巴威的自由小學2012年援建啟用後，慈濟陪著學童踏上學習旅程，每周一到週六，慈濟志工與本土志工都會提供熱騰騰的午飯，讓孩子們吃下一天中唯一的一餐。


10. 日校園靜態展 Helping 3-11 earthquake victims

Moving to Japan, Tzu Chi volunteers and the Ma-chi-da Design College in Tokyo, held a three-day charity fair to help victims of the 3/11 Earthquake get back on their feet. Let`s take a look.

轉到日本，慈濟志工和東京町田設計學院合作，舉辦三天的義賣活動，幫311強震的災後重建募款，一起來看看。
